Slugterra Return of the Elementals
Slugs are tiny creatures that are found all over Slugterra. Each one has special powers depending on what element it is (Fire, Water, Air, Earth, Light, Dark, Freak, Metal, Toxic, Ice, Plant, or Electricity.) To become a slug-slinger, you need to collect, train and duel the slugs. Eli, Pronto and Trixie join together to make the Shane Gang.
In Slugterra Return of the Elementals, Junjie is a master at Slug-Fu, a form of marital arts. He joins the rest of the Shane Gang and together they search for the legendary elemental slugs. These five elemental slugs have great power and are the ancestors of all the slugs on Slugterra.
In Slugterra Return of the Elementals, an evil alliance is trying to hunt down all the Ancient Elementals. Eli and his friends try to defeat them with the help of their slugs who transform into battle beasts.
The movie is 70 minutes long and the action is on-going. There are also valuable lessons woven into the story about friendship, getting along with people and being a good person.
If your child (or you) enjoy animated action-adventures, you definitely need to see this at the theater soon! Check out the trailer.
Shout! Factory, Screenvision and Nerd Corps Entertainment have teamed up to bring a new feature-length original movie Slugterra: Return of the Elementals to cinemas across the U.S beginning August 2, 2014. Information on listings and links to book tickets can be found at SlugterraOnScreen.com

This looks like it will be good, my son is wanting to see it. I like that it has good lessons in it.
It really was a great movie!
I’m fascinated on how they can make these characters so visually interesting even for adults. I enjoy watching them along with the kids!
I enjoy them too, Deb!
