My kids have always loved VeggieTales for as long back as I can remember. We have just about all of the DVD’s and many of the music CD’s as well. I love knowing that I can trust VeggieTales to be entertaining and also to share values that are important to me. The characters are fun and upbeat and the programs teach valuable lessons.

If you haven’t heard about Celery Night Fever, in this VeggieTales special, a determined young girl sets out to save the city park from being turned into a parking lot by getting her grandfather (Larry the Cucumber) to stage a reunion concert with the disco band he headlined forty years ago. The problem? None of those guys are talking to each other, all of them holding grudges for how the band fell apart all those years ago… It’s theme is forgiveness.
Ellen is a mom of a 25-year-old son and 30-year-old daughter. She is Grandma to one adorable toddler. In what little spare time she has, she loves to read, watch movies, and check out the latest toys and games.
How cute is Celery Night Fever! I love Veggie Tales and what a generous giveaway. Good forgiveness theme too. I see Veggie Tales listed mostly on the Sunday lineup on the Christian stations so will have to catch more episodes–really well done and good clean fun.
I know! it looks so amazing. I cannot wait to see this one!
How fun – it seems like no matter what the age, this duo always makes you laugh and learn! I love them!!!
