Start by popping off all of the hydrangea flowers from the stems. If you want to work with longer stem length then I suggest using the wire cutters
I used the wire cutters and left about a 2 inch stem when working with the peonies.
I then just add some hot glue to the stem of the flowers and randomly placed then around the grapevine wreath, filling in with the peonies where I wanted to add some extra color
For the windmill, the welcome sign on the bottom will just bend off if you work it a little back and forth.
I then added some hot glue to the bottom piece of the windmill and then pressed firmly onto the grapevine. If you want to make it more secure then I would maybe use a few zipties
