Creativity is a wonderful way to relax, unwind and eliminate stress after a long day. I’m not really a creative person. I follow directions well, but if I’m given a blank piece of paper, I’m stuck. I prefer to begin with some sort of instructions or idea and go from there. Yes: Transform Your Life with Color by Number is a book that works well for me.

Yes: Transform Your Life with Color by Number
Trey Speegle, America’s #1 paint-by-number pop artist, credits the art form with teaching him powerful life lessons and changing his creative approach. In this book, Speegle teaches aspiring artists and readers of all ages to unlock their creativity in a way that is truly transformative.
The activities in this workbook encourage you to embrace creative anarchy: to follow the rules (and then break them), follow your own muse, do the “wrong” thing, and most importantly, turn off your overworked brain.
Yes: Transform Your Life with Color by Number is unlike any other coloring book. It’s an artistic collaboration and a way to tap into your own imagination and create unique works of art, in a way that is fun, relaxing, and fulfilling. Let’s get coloring!
My thoughts:
Yes: Transform Your Life with Color by Number is a fun coloring book that is unlike any other coloring book I’ve seen. Each page has a drawing that looks just like the paint by number books I’ve seen in the craft store.
Each number corresponds to a color that’s listed at the back of the book. Each drawing has a hidden message or object in it. You can find it by looking for the outline. You can choose to leave that section blank and make the message stand out or you can color it in so the entire picture is colored. I love the flexibility this gives me.
If you’re looking for a color by number book, Yes: Transform Your Life with Color by Number is a great way to get creative.
Ellen is a mom of a 25-year-old son and 30-year-old daughter. She is Grandma to one adorable toddler. In what little spare time she has, she loves to read, watch movies, and check out the latest toys and games.
All of my daughters and myself find that coloring is very relaxing and relieves stress. I love the idea of color by number as the kids’ activities and coloring in the past was color by number so why not adult coloring as well.
Very true!
That’s really cool!
It’s a great book!
