We have friends over occasionally, and it’s always fun to pull out a new brainteasing party game. I love games that are appropriate for everyone. Sometimes our friends bring along younger kids, and it’s always nice when we can include everyone in a game. I tend to like word games the best, but the kids enjoy hands on games where you move pieces around and build things. I’m not as good as they are at those types of games.

Dr Eureka Brainteasing Party Game
The brilliant Dr. Eureka has important experiments for you to complete! Pick a challenge card, 3 test tubes, and six colorful balls to solve his scientific formula. Carefully move your materials from tube to tube without dropping them, and position them as illustrated on the challenge card. This brainteasing party game can be played solitary or competitively. The high-quality components and the creative concept make it a challenging game for the whole family.
Dr Eureka is a fun science experiment based game. Each person gets three plastic test tubes with “molecules” in them. When everyone is ready, you turn up the top challenge card. It shows a series of molecules in each test tube. You have to make your test tubes look like the ones on the challenge card. The catch is, you cannot touch the molecule balls or let them fall from the tube. Imagine yourself, pouring the molecules back and forth from test tube to test tube to get the right combination before anyone else does. This is nowhere as easy as you’d think!
Of course, like most Blue Orange games, there are several different variations of the game you can play to make it easier for younger kids or harder for more experienced players. You can even play the game by yourself!
If you’re looking for a fun brainteasing party game, I’m sure the whole family will enjoy Dr Eureka.

This game looks like so much fun, and I love that the kids can learn something too. It’s nice to find games like this that can be enjoyed by kids of varying ages.
We had a great time with it!
With it being summertime, I’m on the lookout for ways to keep the kids’ minds working and still having fun. The Dr. Eureka game sounds like a blast!
I bet they’d enjoy it!
This looks like a great summer find. I especially love that you can play it alone or with the entire family – having an only child. that makes it that much better in my book!
I completely agree!
This game looks so fun! We have family game and movie night weekly and we are always looking for new games to play. My kids love anything hands on as well.
I’m sure they’d enjoy this one!
What a great game! I would love to enjoy it with the girls- I am always looking for good rainy day fun!
It’s always good to have a few games on hand!
Grandparents could help the younger kids and I’m sure they’d enjoy it too. Brain games are good especially for keeping young and older brains sharp.
