Have you heard that Star Wars Rebels Season 3 is now available? If your kids are fans, I’m sure they’ve let you know about the newest DVD. If you’re not familiar with Star Wars Rebels, it’s an animated version of Star Wars that fits between Episode III and Episode IV.

However, the Imperial efforts to eliminate the Rebellion are now being led by the coldly analytical Grand Admiral Thrawn. The strategic, tactical and cultural insights make him a threat unlike any they have faced before. Ezra and Sabine must take on new roles and challenges as the Rebels prepare for their biggest mission yet a direct assault on the Empire.

Star Wars Rebels was created by Dave Filoni, Simon Kinberg and Carrie Beck. The Lucasfilm Animation production is also executive-produced by Filoni and Kinberg.

Featuring the voices of Freddie Prinze Jr. Vanessa Marshall as Hera, Steve Blum as Zeb, Tiya Sircar as Sabine, Taylor Gray as Ezra, Dee Bradley Baker as Captain Rex and David Oyelowo  as Agent Kallus.

My thoughts:

Star Wars Rebels is a must own for Star Wars fans. It includes exclusive bonus features that make owning the Complete Season Three an absolute must. The Return to Mandalore and Thrawn: A Legend Reborn really give you an insight into the program. And the audio commentaries were really interesting to hear, and the behind the scenes look at cast and crew were amazing.

Finally, I definitely recommend you pick up a copy of Star Wars Rebels Season 3 for your collection.
