Disney Moana Books Your Kids Will Love

I often wish that I could visit Hawaii. One of my sisters used to live there, but I never got the chance to visit while she did. My mom always tells me that I need to visit there some day because it is truly worth it! Needless to say, I am really looking forward to seeing Disney’s Moana (release date: November 22nd).

About the movie:

(From Disney’s website) “Moana,” a sweeping, CG-animated feature film about an adventurous teenager who is inspired to leave the safety and security of her island on a daring journey to save her people. Inexplicably drawn to the ocean, Moana (voice of Auliʻi Cravalho) convinces the mighty demigod Maui (voice of Dwayne Johnson) to join her mission, and he reluctantly helps her become a wayfinder like her ancestors who sailed before her.

Together, they voyage across the open ocean on an action-packed adventure, encountering enormous monsters and impossible odds, and along the way, Moana fulfills her quest and discovers the one thing she’s always sought: her own identity. The parent’s message I get by the movie is for parents to allow their kids to walk their own path even if it scares us.

Sail along with Disney’s Moana in Born to Voyage Activity Book. Find many activities to do on a cold day. Such activities include counting the seashells, matching dot-to-dots, mazes, and much, much more. This book also comes with press-out pencil toppers, over 40 stickers to use and a bonus code for a free digital Disney storybook. This was a great book for the grand kids to work on when they came over and it was too cold to go outside.

Disney’s Moana Spirit of Adventure Coloring Book

I love good old fashion coloring books and this coloring book is no exception! In Moana Spirit of Adventure Coloring Book, you can join Moana, Maui, Heihei, and Pua for some oceanic coloring fun. The grandkids loved coloring in this book and there were enough activities to share.

This coloring book includes other activities in it as well, like matching characters, figuring out codes, and mazes among other fun activities. Each page brings in part of the movie to little ones so if they see the movie, they can remember the storyline for the book.

 

Disney’s Moana Ocean Explorers Activity Book

This huge book (it’s really big!) has over 50 stickers and over 30 pull-out pages, plus a free Disney digital storybook. As I said, it’s big and sturdy and perfect to have siblings play together on the floor as they stay occupied for hours with all the activities and coloring pages. In the Ocean Explorers, you can join Moana and demigod Maui on another ocean adventure as they return to the heart of Te Fiti. They loved this book the best because of the size. They all could color at the same time and work on it together.
