Sonic Underground Volume 2 DVD

Sonic Underground Volume 2 DVD

Join Sonic (voiced by Family Matters’ Jaleel White), and his siblings, Sonia and Manic, as they fight to be reunited with their long-lost mother, Queen Aleena.

In this second and final set of episodes, we return to Dr. Robotnik having his sights set up on Queen Aleena’s crown jewel, which glows as it moves closer to her. Sonic, Manic, and Sonia need to recover the jewel before Dr. Robotnik does. They need to do this not only to find their mother but also to protect her from Dro. Robotnik. Will they succeed?

When they aren’t battling Dr. Robotnik and his henchmen, Sonic and his siblings make time for their rock band, Sonic Underground. With over seven hours of content, this final set is sure to showcase all the best episodes from the tunes to the great battles.

Based on the Popular SEGA video game character, this Sonic the Hedgehog collection is a must-have for all Sonic fans.

My thoughts:

There are 7+ hours of content on this 3-disc collector’s set of Sonic the Hedgehog programming. There are 20 different stories and bonus features include 20 music videos. This is 420 minutes worth of Sonic fun.

Not only is this DVD a must-have for any Sonic fan in your house, there are a lot of positive things offered in the programming. Sonic works together as a team to recover the jewel before Dr. Robotnik does. As with any team, this takes practice and kids will see by example how important teamwork really is. His attempts to overthrow evil are also positive messages for kids to learn.

Not only will this DVD appeal to kids, it will also appeal to teens who enjoy playing the video games. It’s definitely a DVD collection you need to get.
