A Treasury of Christmas Stories and Songs
It is beautifully illustrated for all the family to enjoy. Includes: The Night Before Christmas, The Nutcracker, The First Christmas, The Snow Queen, The Twelve Days of Christmas, A Letter to Santa, Away in a Manger and much, much, more! This book has really beautiful illustrations that remind me of the “old fashion” look of Christmas. The illustrations help keep the kids entertained while listening to the stories, grabbing children’s attention and imagination.
I think I liked The Nutcracker the best and the sing along with lots of Christmas carols and songs. This makes a great variety selection for all to enjoy. The first Christmas was wonderful as well. It brings the nativity story to life for children to understand and remember. I really think this is a book the whole family can enjoy together with reminders of traditional tales and well-loved songs and carols. This book will be cherished and read year after year. Our children loved the book and we plan on reading it all together on the night before Christmas-Maybe we will even sing one of the songs!
If you are looking for that special extra gift for under the tree for the whole family, I recommend giving this book and opening it on Christmas Eve and enjoy together.

I love Christmas songs and have been listening to some Christmas jazz songs to get into the spirit. I have never goneChristmas caroling but would love to some day. This book would be good to share with a friend while caroling!
