This Adored 365 book is simply gorgeous! I love devotionals and wanted to share with you about a new devotional just for young women. Devotionals can be such a wonderful way to stay inspired throughout the day. I’ve had the opportunity to review several different children and women’s devotionals, but I believe this is the first devotional I’ve seen for younger women. I received a book for this post. About the author:
Lindsay A. Franklin is an award-winning author, freelance editor, and homeschooling mom of three. She would wear pajama pants all the time if it were socially acceptable. She spends a lot of time in made-up worlds, and she’s passionate about sparking imagination through stories of infinite possibility. Her debut fantasy novel, The Story Peddler, releases in 2018. When she’s not exploring the fantastical, she’s exploring the Bible and encouraging young women through her devotional books.
This is such a beautiful devotional. I really love the cover art and that the same design is carried through the book itself. The devotional discusses topics that young girls will be able to relate to like social media, dating, and bullying. The chapters begin with a scripture verse then a brief discussion of the topic. Then it ends with a few lines to write your thoughts.
This is a beautiful gift idea for the young Christian woman in your life. I would say that it could easily be enjoyed by any young woman / woman from ages 13+.
