I’ve always enjoyed Disney movies but didn’t know a lot about the man behind the movies. When I was sent American Experience Walt Disney for review, I looked forward to learning more about Walt Disney. Marty and I sat down and watched the DVD a few nights ago.

I loved this look into Walt Disney’s life. I had no idea that he was the child of working class parents or that he had no formal training after school except one art class. American Experience Walt Disney was a fascinating look at Walt and his life from childhood to adulthood. I enjoyed learning more about him and seeing all of the vintage photos from his life and his earliest attempts at animation.
