Clifford The Big Red Dog Movie
When middle-schooler Emily Elizabeth (Darby Camp) meets a magical animal rescuer (John Cleese) who gifts her a little, red puppy, she never anticipated waking up to find a giant ten-foot hound in her small New York City apartment. While her single mom (Sienna Guillory) is away for business, Emily and her fun but impulsive uncle Casey (Jack Whitehall) set out on an adventure that will keep you on the edge of your seat as our heroes take a bite out of the Big Apple.

My review
Middle schooler and animal lover Emily Elizabeth is excited when she gets a new puppy from a magical animal rescuer. When her puppy becomes a gigantic red dog in New York City and attracts the attention of a genetics company that wants to supersize animals, Emily has no choice but to fight back. Watch Clifford and his family try to escape the bad buys as they run through the city to evade them.
I love how Clifford The Big Red Dog Movie has managed to have moments that are absolutely hysterical and tear-jerkers at the same time. If you can imagine a giant red puppy in a tiny New York apartment, you’ll have some idea of what I mean. It’s got lots of action moments with police chases and escape scenes. But, it also has moments that almost made me cry when Clifford realizes what’s happening.
This movie will easily appeal to kids, teens, and adults alike. Remember that this is PG so keep that in mind when deciding who to watch it with. Look for it in Theaters and Streaming on Paramount+ November 10, 2021.
