The Best Easter Egg Hunt Ever! picture book by Dawn Casey is a wonderful story for any child that is excited about Easter! The story begins with a little rabbit who goes off on an Easter Egg hunt with all his friends. Along the way, he helps other animals find eggs, but doesn’t find one for himself. Instead, he receives other treasures as special thank you gifts from the animals, like flowers, grass and feathers. Finally, the little rabbit finds a plain and ordinary egg, not at all fancy like the others. Soon, he will learn that its the best egg of all!
My grandchildren really loved The Best Easter Egg Hunt Ever! picture book by Dawn Casey. The illustrations are beautifully drawn with bright colors and cute characters. They had fun looking for the eggs throughout the book. Of course with every children’s book, there is a valuable lesson to be learned as well.
