Review
I had such a great time watching Camp Hideout. Christopher Lloyd is by far one of my favorite actors. So, it was a real treat to watch him in a new film. This family friendly movie is perfect for the whole family including pre-teens and teenagers. The action will keep kids engaged. And, the underlying message of faith and forgiveness is one that parents will appreciate.
The story is one that most kids can relate to. Going to summer camp is fun but it’s hard too because you never know if you will make friends or not. Alex feels much the same way. But, thankfully his camp counsellor helps and he starts make make friends at camp.
The movie also teaches a powerful lesson about forgiveness as Alex starts to learn that he can forgive himself for mistakes he’s made in the past. This is something that many people need to understand.
