I took some time to relax with a book this past weekend and I wanted to share my thoughts with you. I’ve read several books by Robert K. Tanenbaum so when I was offered Immoral Certainty for review, I couldn’t wait to read it.

Immoral Certainty
Butch Karp’s career prosecuting New York’s worst criminals takes a chilling turn when a series of ghastly child murders opens a window into the city’s hellish underworld.
Karp and love-interest Marlene Ciampi pursue a psychopath known to his young victims as the Bogeyman, but what they find is more threatening than a lone predator. To stop the evil they unearth will take more than just courage in the courtroom; the two will need to follow a sinister trail into New York City’s darkest corners, where the law is powerless to protect them.
This ebook features an illustrated biography of Robert K. Tanenbaum including rare photos from the author’s personal collection.
My thoughts:
Butch and his girlfriend Marlene are working on a case involving child sexual abuse and murder. The children refer to the man as the Bogeyman, and Marlene is convinced that the predator is somehow tied to a fancy daycare in town. She reports her suspicions about the daycare owner but no one believes her.
As she and Butch follow the clues they uncover, it appears that this is even more horrible than they thought. Now Marlene is in danger and Butch may be too late to save her.
I have to say that this is by far one of my favorite ever books by Robert K. Tanenbaum. The story line just wove the different crimes together so well that I couldn’t put the book down. Reading this story was like following a trail of breadcrumbs that you were too hungry to stop following. I was completely blown away by the ending! Buy it today!

I just don’t like hearing about kids getting molested and murdered!! It makes me so SAD!!
Kids should NOT have to worry about these sick predators!! The biggest problem a kid should have to worry about is who they are going to play with!
I agree, Sue. It’s a horrible thing!
