Shimmer & Shine Welcome to Zahramay Falls is an all new children’s DVD about genies. Check out my thoughts on this Nickelodeon DVD., Who remembers the television series I Dream of Jeannie? I can’t be the only one that loved that show when I was little. Just the thought of having a genie who would make […]
I love a good thriller and I spent a good part of the weekend on the couch reading A Chilling Absence by Shelly Maynard. It was really too hot to do much else, and I’m really glad I let myself just relax and read. Sometimes, we all need to have a little bit of down […]
Lately, there hasn’t been that much on TV in the evening until I heard about The Tunnel: A Crime Scene With Borders. Marty and I love relaxing at night with a good movie, but lately, we’ve had a hard time finding anything new to watch. I was about ready to give up when I learned […]
When I was younger, I enjoyed playing card games that revolved around magic and wizards. I spent hours after school adventuring with groups of my friends while we searched for treasure and battled monsters. I love a good suspense or thriller because it just grabs you and keeps you engrossed in reading. I can’t be the only one who has those days where they just want to spend the whole afternoon on the couch with a book. At least, I really hope I’m not the only one that feels […]
Whether your summer is filled with romance and exotic new locations or a kiddie pool and bug bites in the backyard, I’m sure we can all relate to a fun summer romance (even if it was a few years ago). Remember those days where you were impulsive and fell in love with the “bad boy” […]
If you have a sports fan in your home, you may be looking for a way to encourage good sportsmanship and cooperation. Check out PAW Patrol Sports Day. It can be tough for a child to really understand that sports don’t have to be about who won and who lost. It’s really all about having […]
Behind Closed Doors by B.A. Paris was the perfect read for a lazy weekend after my trip. When I came home, it was waiting for me on the kitchen table thanks to the kids and my husband. After a long day of trying to find lost luggage, there was nothing that I enjoyed more than […]
