You can use crayons, colored pencils or even markers. Although, if you use markers, be sure to watch the back for bleedthrough. You may need to use oaktag if you are coloring with markers because it is thicker.
You may want to make a few of these shark crafts.
If you want these printable coloring bookmarks to last after your child has colored them, you should consider laminating them. You’ll want to laminate them with laminating sheets that are peel and stick. Or, you can use a laminating machine. After you have laminated them, use a hole punch and punch a hole in the top. Finally, you can tie a ribbon or attach a tassel to it.
Fishing craft for kids
I have so many great memories of fishing with my son when he was younger. My son used to get so excited with every fish he caught even when he had to throw it back. Our town has a free fishing derby every summer for the kids. So, these fishing bookmarks are a fantastic way to keep those memories alive.
Or, if you have a dad who loves to fish, this bookmark is a great gift idea. You could include it along with a note scheduling an afternoon to go fishing together. And, you can add in a tub of worms or a new package of fishing lures because what fisherman wouldn’t like that?
These printable coloring bookmarks are perfect for rainy day fun. I’ve always tried to send the kids outside to play as often as possible during the summer. But, on rainy days or days that are just too hot, having a creative inside project is a great way to keep the kids busy.
