Martha has a secret about her family that she hasn’t told her husband. It’s only after their daughter is abducted that she is finally honest with him. Their adventure together to rescue their daughter helps them come to terms with who they are and their relationship.
This is a gripping adventure that will keep everyone in the family engaged while reminding us that we need to let go of the past and focus on new things. The movie reminds me most of the Bible verse:
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
This is one of my favorite verses and it truly fits the theme of this movie. Not only is this a wonderful romance that will appeal to woman but it’s an old fashioned western that older kids and men will enjoy as well.
