Magnetic play is a great way to learn more about magnetism in a fun way. Learning doesn’t have to take place in a classroom. To keep kids interested in learning, it’s important that way help them see learning as something that’s fun to do. That’s why I get so excited about educational toys.
Geosmart Flip Bot for Magnetic Play
GeoSmart Flip Bot is a 30-pieces geomagnetic construction set that includes turbo motors to help your remote-controlled vehicle zoom, spin, and flip over! An ideal STEM magnetic construction set, GeoSmart enables fun learning at home and in the classroom. Featuring bright colors, strong magnetic pieces, and a patented double-safety system, GeoSmart offers unsurpassed safety and durability for endless creative play!
With this magnetic play kit, you can create a little magnetic robot that flips. The kit contains a variety of different pieces including panels, connectors, couplings, transmitters, wheels, and receivers. The motor helps the Flip Bot zoom, spin and flip over. You control its movement using a wireless remote control. The remote control requires 3 AAA batteries to work.
The Geosmart Flip Bot is intended for ages 5 and up. It’s durable and contains stainless steel locking to hold the magnets. The inner core is a polycarbonate housing so it will stand up to regular use.
If you’re interested in encouraging your child to get excited about STEM learning, this is an awesome toy. Not only will they learn to build when they put the Flip Bot together. But, they will learn about motors, transmitters, and receivers as they make it move. You can also have a discussion about magnetism and remote control which makes this a very versatile learning toy.
I love that there is a guide included that shows you how to build the toy on the front of the box AND that it encourages your child to make up their own robots. As your child grows, they can try new combinations of pieces and parts to learn how things work together.
This is one of the coolest magnetic toys I’ve seen this year. It’s sure to be a hot Christmas gift so don’t delay in picking one up. Check out the video above to get a look at how the Geosmart toys work. Find it on Amazon.
